An industrial development determined by the specific requirements of an almond processing unit that edifice modern state of the art machinery. Large volumes under two proflex roofs cater to the various processing procedures ranging from peeling, sorting and packaging. The gables end of the proflex roof is enclosed with multiwall polycarbonate sheets and aluminum louvers that provides sufficient daylighting and ventilation for the internal volumes. The built form was strategically built in one half of the plot, leaving the other half for landscaping, which serves as a green forecourt to the industrial building.
