A makeover of row house with a central courtyard for penetrating light and ventilation in an overall grey pallete ornamented with accent splash of colours. The house eludes simple, clean and minimal living that portrays aspirations of the inhabitants to walk ahead of their time. A single pattern has been carefully applied to most parts of the house to bring a continuity of expression. The courtyard allows deep cross views across private and public spaces, thus connecting the family members well enough even with vertical floor plates.
